Seven years ago, a group of us went on our first cruise to the Carribean. We had a super time and from then on, I was hooked. Since that time I have been on multiple cruises throughout the Caribbean. Blue waters and crystal clear beaches to me, represent true paradise. We souvenir shop at every port and occasionally make a local food stop and fluid replenishment at the local establishments to find some local flavor. Sometimes we rent a vehicle on land and off we go to discover and play. We also love the tours and discoveries at each stop. The ships are floating, all-inclusive masterpieces with food all the time, entertainment, casinos and relax times. I know of no better value for your vacation dollar plus the total escape from everything is a rare treat and a true vacation.
We have visited Belize, St. Thomas, St. Martin, Cozumel, Nassau, Costa Rica, Panama, Panama Canal, Cayman Islands, Key West, Ocho Rio, Jamaica and Grand Cayman.
I recently spent a day on the Seabourn Odyssey. Total white glove and luxury, outstanding!
For the FIRST TIME CRUISER, it is just a matter of taking the first step and booking the cruise. From then on it is only a matter of anticipation and a great time in the future. Also when you pay for your cruise in advance, it is like a free ride by the time you go....
I have found over the years that when I would take a vacation I would constantly be in my wallet paying for something. On a cruise ship you put your wallet in the cabin safe and there it stays, wonderful!!!....
